We are building Cosmos for the long term, while we can't control everything. We try to make anything we do sustainable and valuable to our users.
The current tiers are our best attempt to offer Sumo-lings a lifetime deal, which we can honor and grow with.
I am sorry if the user limits are stopping you from trying Cosmos. Our costs grow at an n^2 function where n is users, which makes pricing LTD deals tough. I hope you can understand our intention :)
