- Is it legal to revoke an LTD you sold here? My company has received an email from you saying that you are cancelling our LTD and only offered a 50% coupon only valid for 3 months of payments and only 2 weeks in advance of shutting our account down. Do you think this is ethical?

- Your website does not have a value plan. What plan is this aligned with now? Things don't align as expected if it's the Level 1 plan. Why are the limits so low for having users in a space? The free plan limit is 50, but that seems less than what Tier 1 and 2 get.
