I was very surprised to receive your recent email announcing the cancellation of the one-time plan I purchased. This is deeply disappointing. I run a free community, and when we chose to move away from Zoom, we selected Cosmos based on a careful evaluation of cost and long-term value.

This change undermines that decision and damages trust—both in Cosmos and in AppSumo. It’s simply not professional to revoke a commitment made to early adopters who supported your growth from the outset.

I urge you to reconsider this decision and honour the original terms of the plan. Reinstating it would demonstrate integrity and respect for your early supporters.

I believe this was a great investment, especially if you're looking for a remote virtual office space that is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate after a few hours of use. In my opinion, it resembles a combination of Discord features, Zoom, and classic 2D RPG games for navigation. Each office desk allows you to have custom bookmarked links for sharing important documents and apps. It seamlessly integrates with calendars and enables you to host online meetings with a considerable number of participants simultaneously. The speed and quality are satisfactory. The team seems to be continuously enhancing it. If they offer deals again, I strongly recommend you acquire it if you aim to organize remote work in a cool, and structured manner. Look forward to more features coming from their roadmap.

Amazing piece of collab software. Makes managing a remote workforce fun and meeting with clients a breeze. I rarely give out reviews but this is pretty special. A mix of slack, zoom and a virtual workspace. Easy to use. Good UI, it just makes sense.
