This really has promise. What is a struggle though is the process for a guest to join. They click to access, have to add email (undestandable) then they are advised that they will receive a link by email. This IS a bottleneck becuase not everyone gets emails from their server in real time. My own emails, set up on Gmail come in every 30 minutes. If there was a seamless way to get someone to give this a go I think more of my clients would adopt the approach. I asked someone to try this AM and they found it very clunky with the email access thing. Is there a way to make giving clients easier access? Theres a novelty factor in this for sure, but to get it from 3 to 5 I think that seamless access needs attention. Still think its very cool though
