My lifetime purchase is cancelled?!?!?!!!
I was very surprised to receive your recent email announcing the cancellation of the one-time plan I purchased. This is deeply disappointing. I run a free community, and when we chose to move away from Zoom, we selected Cosmos based on a careful evaluation of cost and long-term value.
This change undermines that decision and damages trust—both in Cosmos and in AppSumo. It’s simply not professional to revoke a commitment made to early adopters who supported your growth from the outset.
I urge you to reconsider this decision and honour the original terms of the plan. Reinstating it would demonstrate integrity and respect for your early supporters.
