Q: I bought the address book LTD last year and have used the business card scanning function which is included in that.
It's the most accurate business card scanner i've tried but doesn't give you option to scan back of card or retain image's of the card. It seems you've really closed that loop with this app but find it strange that it doesn't synch with your own personal CRM app.
If i had to choose I would rather the business card scanner synch with my CRM (CRM.me) but still seems that including synch feature with your own address book app would be not only logical but a good cross sell opportunity.
Also, I think the one off $15 charge is reasonable for your business card scanning app, especially considering how well it works. I would be willing to pay that now but the fact that I wouldn't get future updates/features (for some reason) if I did that vice waiting for LTD here on AppSumo gives me pause. Is there a way I can pay the $15 now and get future updates/features?

May 15, 2024A: Hi MarkSZ,
Its great to see all these people who we engaged with last year on Covve (address book) :) And glad you've been enjoying Covve since then!
Onto your great points:
1) Integration between Covve Scan and Covve Address book. It is of course logical (and a nice cross sell opportunity as you say) and its on our list. Saying that, we strictly prioritise what our users need the most and revisit this prioritisation regularly. As it stands integrations are indeed top of the list - which integrations we'll focus on however is still being decided, with a lot of help from the Appsumo community actually. I'm registering your vote for both Covve and CRM.me
2) Regarding future updates. Let me clarify. This is actually how all Appsumo deals work. With Appsumo, the great thing is that you're not only guaranteed lifetime access but also that the developer (us in this case) can't in the future change the plan you're on so that it has fewer features, or provide more functionality in the same plan and leave you without it. On the other hand, outside of Appsumo, the developer can in theory make any changes they want. I'm sure if there's some nuance I'm missing out here the Appsumo folk will jump in :)
All the best,
Alex
