So…:
1) The AS code covers a single user (Covve doesn’t currently have any multi-user subscriptions anyway)
2) Zapier – Yes! We looked into this last year and it certainly seems like something that will be of value to a good portion of our users. If you have 10 minutes, I’d love to find out exactly what you’d use the integration for… just drop me a line at alex@covve.com :)
3) Syncing contacts with other systems (e.g. salesflare). Currently Covve syncs with your phone’s address book. So if you’d like to bring your Salesflare contacts into Covve you’d need to make sure that Salesflare syncs with your phone’s address book. If that happens then we can bring the contacts into Covve.

The case with Zapier is actually salesflare :) You can integrate Salesflare and Covve via Zapier. I think that's the easiest way to do it.
Last question, how do you manage duplicated contacts?

Regarding duplicate contacts... A couple of points:
1) Modern phones (both iOS and Android) already do a lot of work in merging/linking similar contacts. So Covve utilizes this and will make sure that any contacts already linked by your phone will appear once in Covve.
2) Furthermore Covve's own deduplication system is a bit more intensive and may identify further duplicates. These get proposed under your "Improvements" tab. When you approve them, Covve will merge the two contacts in question, completing one with all the data and deleting the other one. This will also be synced back into your phone's address book
