Darn Good
I like Covve. It's simple, intuitive, and designed very well — 5 Tacos!
For example, you can scroll through your hundreds of contacts and easily discern one from the other. I can't do that with my regular iPhone contacts.
The improve feature was very helpful. I removed several duplicates (though there were others it didn't observe) added dozens of social profiles and details like countries and professional info.
I've yet to set the contact reminders, but this is definitely something I'll get around to. I've wanted a CRM feature for my contacts for ages.
Like others said, the Leads feature is sort of blah. It doesn't work unless your network uses Covve. It's a good strategy for expanding Covve's subscribers, but it's relatively useless for us at the moment.
SUGGESTIONS:
The fields to add new emails and phone numbers is not distinct. In other words, I can't tell where I'm supposed to tap to input text.
The news function at the top of contacts definitely works. I found an interesting article related to Verizon which I sent to a friend who works there. But then I couldn't mark it as done. I had to mark it as "Not relevant" to clear it from my screen.
