Q: Does this offer direct access via http reference?
I have a number of AI tools that need to be able to access files directly (much like one would do in Photoshop) to be able to perform their tasks. They cannot use a simple "preview" for their task.

Aug 16, 2024A: Hello OldDudeMedia,
Sorry, but can you a little elaborate on what you want?
I have an AI tool that evaluates images and provides Alt Tag descriptions for websites. To be able to do this in bulk I provide an Excel file with the URL of the image. So my question is - can I access the image files stored using a direct url like https:\\www.example.net\images\beach-sunset45.jpg?
Right now we have single image url upload option and multiple image urls will be live by end of September
Your recent response did not address the question asked. You responded with information that seemed to be about uploading images. However, my question dealt with accessing the images once they were already uploaded and hosted within your system. Please re-read my response to to request for additional information and respond to the scenario I described.
We do not share image URLs directly because we are a cloud-based storage platform (Workspace) where users can store their assets and access them as needed, either within Workspace or through our various tools (plugins). Additionally, users can share their assets with team members or people outside the Workspace via sharable links, and even those links do not reveal the actual image URLs.
Sounds like you're looking for a CMS like Caisy.io, not a DAM. But CMS integrations with something like Crafttor would certainly be useful. I think Bynder might have that, so maybe it might be something to add to the roadmap, Crafttor!
Yes, We have lots other features in the roadmap in which CMS is in the future roadmap.
