Q: As a Canadian, I am interested in your offering but am concerned that you may not have full sync support with ...

Canadian banks--and when it comes to book-keeping and accounting whether for reporting, decision-making, or planning, is always more reliable when it is synced and not dependent on manual entry.

Can you tell me what support you have for Canadian banks, taxes (both on the retail provincial sales taxes & "GST" which is our equivalent of a VAT tax that flows through every level of the economy (that is, a supplier pays HST on goods for sale which are then netted out as "input tax credits" when their own customer purchases the goods and pays the same tax on those goods.

The increase in price ("profit") is remitted as the GST (or, in my province, the Harmonised Sales Tax).

Similarly, our tax laws require depreciation of assets to be done in the standardized "Capital Cost Allowance" method regardless of what method is used for decision-making and reporting, and comprises a significant portion of the accounting function.

Would you please explain to what extent you are able to support Canadian (and other foreign national) tax requirements in particular, as well as what localization related features your software offers?

Thanks!

A: Thank you for showing interest on our product. We do integrate with Canadian Banks. You can try syncing your transactions. For the taxes, you will be allowed to set up custom tax codes for Customer Invoicing. For the expenses, we parse information from the vendor invoices. We currently do not have any integration for Tax filing. Hence, we don't have much support available on requirements. However, we will soon be launching our tax integration for USA and Canada by Q3 this year.

I can't past the first screen after purchasing. The address line is blocking me from continuing to register the product. As a Canadian, is there another option to put into this line in order to access the product?

Hi, we are updating this field and should have an update for you soon. Please note: Canadian customers can manage customer invoicing with custom tax codes. For the expenses, we parse information from the vendor invoices. We currently do not have any integration for Tax filing.
