We’ve enhanced our platform with features like improved AI writing outputs, new tools such as Brand Identities, a Content Planner with direct publishing, and SEO-focused tools like the SERP Beater. In addition to these features, we have significantly optimized platform performance to make it faster, more stable, and more user-friendly. As part of our efforts towards greater transparency, we have recently launched a public roadmap at https://roadmap.creaitor.ai where you can see our plans, ongoing projects, and completed tasks. Additionally, we have completely updated all our documentation to provide clearer and more concise guidance for users.

Regarding your concerns, I want to address them directly. First, as mentioned, our documentation has been fully refreshed and is now more aligned with the platform’s current capabilities to help users better understand and utilize our growing list of features. Second, I understand the confusion regarding the use of API tokens. I will work closely with our team to ensure that usage restrictions and permissions are communicated more clearly to all users. Lastly, I completely empathize with your concern about community engagement. While we did have to limit some public forums after issues with misuse, we understand the value of a strong community and are actively working on plans to create a more collaborative and engaging environment for all users.
