Comparison to Topaz Photo AI?

I just purchased a year subscription to Topaz Photo AI, a great program that I am having a lot of success with, but if this can get me 80-90% of the way there, I’d be ecstatic not paying for Topaz next year.

I mainly need a photo enhancer to enhance less that optimal images for YouTube thumbnails. I like upgrading the quality of a good photo that has poor image quality and making it a great photo.
