Q: Customer Service Question. Do you guys plan to increase your contact with your clients?
Do you plan to start a facebook page or community? You guys are going to have to step it up in this area please.

We are always looking at ways we can improve the experience for our clients. We do have resource limits in regards to managing a community, but it's definitely something we can look at.
Do you have any examples of companies you believe that do this well that you wouldn't mind sharing?

I will use the support email as you know I had questions yesterday based on what was going on and had no one to reach out to. Also I think there needs to be a way to print out 1 or 2 of these reports in pdf or word doc or google docs or something. I had a client that wanted me to help him with his thumbnail and I wanted to be able to tell him what I did to make it better but there is no way
Export functionality is a consistent request, and one we have had in our roadmap for some time. The biggest challenge we have is trying to avoid the information overload that occurs when all the analysis is provided in PDF format
I'd love to hear if you have any ideas for how we might be able to deliver the most value through an export, without the resulting document being too dense to digest?
