Credits don't rollover on the lifetime plan, they will expire at the end of each month.

For the evaluation of a landing page or email, you have to upload an image. It cannot be done by URL (yet). However, trying to get a landing page or email into a single screen capture to a jpg or png file is difficult, if you still want it legible. Some browsers let you capture a full page to a pdf. Yet your system does not accept PDF files as a valid input source. Is this being added in the near future? Will there be an opportunity for admins to add multiple companies? Or will we have to do it all through folders in our projects?

If URL analysis is supported, are there any limitations (e.g. only homepage, certain page types, number of pages, performance constraints)? I notice a difference between the 3 tier levels and the 3 plan levels on your website. 1) Are they the same? If so, which one is the true description ? 2) what is the 'Behavioural Science Analysis' feature in growth plan? 3) the [Deal terms & conditions]. "All future Professional Plan updates" means only pro? what tier does that relate to? 4) In [Deal terms & conditions] "If Plan name changes, deal will be mapped to the new Plan name with all accompanying updates" same as Q1 - how are the website plans tied to the tier plans sold here?
Do you have a plan or upgrade your product to analysis video? If I use Vietnamese, can your software scan and work with Vietnamese image?
