Q: Stacking Tier 2 Codes
Hi Team,
I purchased Tier 2 of CreativeScore. But in my AppSumo products section, it is showing as two separate Tier 1 products, instead of one Tier 2 product.
Here’s what I experienced:
1. I activated the first one → it worked, but only gave me 75 credits (Tier 1 limit).
2. When I tried to activate the second one → instead of stacking into my account, it asked me to create a new account.
My concern is:
• How does Tier 2 activation actually work?
• Will the two Tier 1 codes stack into one account automatically or do we need to request support?
• How do I ensure I get the correct Tier 2 benefits (higher credits & features) in a single account, not split between two?
This seems confusing, and I want clarity before I proceed further. Could you please confirm the correct activation process for Tier 2 buyers?
