It's impossible to give this platform anything but a 5-taco review.

Our use of Creative Score is non-commercial and primarily educational and explorative.

However, the commercial value is obvious.

The analyses we've gotten have been surprisingly nuanced and thorough -- even when we deliberately provided vague instructions.

Just as importantly, the results provided in the Creative Score report are transparent and clear --> Providing detailed reasoning for every conclusion reached.

Therefore *if* your poster wants to quickly grab attention *then* here's what you can do. The user, of course, gets to choose. It's not a substitute for judgement. Nor does it pretend to be.

This is a powerful, well-designed tool which offers valuable insights -- and suggestions!

As someone who has made numerous purchases on AppSumo, I can honestly say that platform ratings tend to go to extremes either a full 5 tacos or just 1. There's rarely an in-between, and I personally have never given a 3-taco review until now.

I usually avoid AI platforms that restrict usage with credit-based models, but this product addresses a real need, so I decided to give it a try. Here’s my feedback:

Pros:
Exceptional Analysis Capabilities
Uploading an image generates a surprisingly in-depth report. It identifies aspects most users wouldn’t even think to consider. Beyond just analysis, the platform offers genuine learning helping users refine future prompts and enhance their creative processes.

Whether you’re a web designer, marketer, or visual content creator, this tool provides immediate and actionable insights that can change your perspective and significantly improve your output.

Cons:
The Lifetime Deal Still Feels Limited
Even at the highest tier, the deal isn’t truly “lifetime” in spirit. While we do pay once, we’re still limited by the number of projects unless we pay more. Yes, we can pass that cost on to our clients, but it would have been great to get a bit more flexibility out of the gate, especially for those investing at higher tiers.

Video Analysis Is Missing or Misleading
Although video analysis is listed as a feature, the interface does not currently support it. Uploads are limited to PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats with a maximum size of 10MB. If video support exists, it’s either hidden or extremely limited. And frankly, 10MB is far too small for most video use cases.

Lack of Customer Support and AI Assistance
I submitted questions through the portal but received no response. For a platform focused on AI, it’s disappointing that there’s no chatbot or at least some form of intelligent support. The support experience needs serious improvement.

My final Thoughts

Despite the limitations, the reports generated are undeniably powerful. This tool has great potential and already delivers value. I'm seriously considering upgrading to Tier 2, because this type of image analysis service fills a genuine need in my workflow.

Creative Score delivers a thorough and detailed report, and some of its recommendations are genuinely insightful. However, the overall analysis can feel contradictory and confusing. For instance, it suggests changing my headline, yet simultaneously lists it as a strength—leaving me unsure which advice to follow. At this stage, it’s clear the tool still requires manual interpretation and input to be truly useful.

There are also limitations when uploading web pages. You have to extract and upload the full page manually, and sites with motion effects aren’t properly detected. The report labeled my animated site as “plain” and recommended adding effects—which was ironic, considering the animations were already there. Capturing screenshots of animated or image-sequence-based sites is also problematic, with no reliable workaround.

On the plus side, I appreciate that the report can be exported, saving me from clicking through the dashboard repeatedly. Unfortunately, the exported text isn’t editable or copyable, which makes it difficult to repurpose or refine the insights. It’s a missed opportunity, as the report loses much of its utility without that flexibility

I uploaded two items for analysis: (1) a homepage for a client website; and (2) a downloadable report asset (in the form a three slides).

For the homepage (1), I uploaded a screenshot of the entire page. For (2), I uploaded a three-page PNG formatted file....the analysis only appears to have considered the first page, which is less relevant than reviewing the full document. It has options to identify what Media Type you are uploading (including Digital Brochure/Leaflet and Presentation). I'm not sure how to upload a full document for this analysis where it would analyze more than the first page.

The results were impressive for the homepage. Lots of actionable insight for each. For a company with few people, that may be enough to be worthwhile. For a company with many decision makers or clients that need committees to make decisions, this needs to be easier to share.

Recommendations:
1. Export all recommendations to PDF (NOTE: Garry mentioned on a review response here that this was launching in September. I do not see how to export today.
2. This only accepts PNG of JPG/JPEG formats. PDF would be great to review documents.
3. Collaboration...today, you can invite team members. It would be nice to assign specific recommendations to team members and keep track of when updates are made.
4. I tried to review the FAQ in their online Help Center, but it currently takes me to a 404 website

Overall, I think this could be a solid tool once they work out a number of issues.

I really like Creative Score. It’s a very helpful tool that gives me clear and actionable feedback to improve my creative assets. The suggestions are easy to understand, well explained, and I can apply them right away. It saves me time and helps me optimize my ads and content much more effectively.
