Excelent product but the deal is a bit disapointing
As someone who has made numerous purchases on AppSumo, I can honestly say that platform ratings tend to go to extremes either a full 5 tacos or just 1. There's rarely an in-between, and I personally have never given a 3-taco review until now.
I usually avoid AI platforms that restrict usage with credit-based models, but this product addresses a real need, so I decided to give it a try. Here’s my feedback:
Pros:
Exceptional Analysis Capabilities
Uploading an image generates a surprisingly in-depth report. It identifies aspects most users wouldn’t even think to consider. Beyond just analysis, the platform offers genuine learning helping users refine future prompts and enhance their creative processes.
Whether you’re a web designer, marketer, or visual content creator, this tool provides immediate and actionable insights that can change your perspective and significantly improve your output.
Cons:
The Lifetime Deal Still Feels Limited
Even at the highest tier, the deal isn’t truly “lifetime” in spirit. While we do pay once, we’re still limited by the number of projects unless we pay more. Yes, we can pass that cost on to our clients, but it would have been great to get a bit more flexibility out of the gate, especially for those investing at higher tiers.
Video Analysis Is Missing or Misleading
Although video analysis is listed as a feature, the interface does not currently support it. Uploads are limited to PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats with a maximum size of 10MB. If video support exists, it’s either hidden or extremely limited. And frankly, 10MB is far too small for most video use cases.
Lack of Customer Support and AI Assistance
I submitted questions through the portal but received no response. For a platform focused on AI, it’s disappointing that there’s no chatbot or at least some form of intelligent support. The support experience needs serious improvement.
My final Thoughts
Despite the limitations, the reports generated are undeniably powerful. This tool has great potential and already delivers value. I'm seriously considering upgrading to Tier 2, because this type of image analysis service fills a genuine need in my workflow.

Video analysis should be showing as coming soon. It is being rolled out by the end of January. The analysis will provide an attention overlay so you can see where people's attention would go, as well as scene by scene analysis with recommendations on how you could improve any scene based on best practice, behavioural science and NLP. It will also offer 3 alternative video scripts based on the existing content, along with scene by scene scripting and direction.
In terms of the credits that are allocated to each package, we are limited by the costs we incur in running these models, which I am sure you will be aware go up month by month. Our intention is to continue to incorporate the latest models for our analysis so that the system only gets better over time, but this comes with a cost to us. Our main competitor has an entry price of Euros 25k per year, so we feel what we are able to offer on AppSumo is an amazing deal, albeit restricted by credits.
