Impressive insights; has promise
I uploaded two items for analysis: (1) a homepage for a client website; and (2) a downloadable report asset (in the form a three slides).
For the homepage (1), I uploaded a screenshot of the entire page. For (2), I uploaded a three-page PNG formatted file....the analysis only appears to have considered the first page, which is less relevant than reviewing the full document. It has options to identify what Media Type you are uploading (including Digital Brochure/Leaflet and Presentation). I'm not sure how to upload a full document for this analysis where it would analyze more than the first page.
The results were impressive for the homepage. Lots of actionable insight for each. For a company with few people, that may be enough to be worthwhile. For a company with many decision makers or clients that need committees to make decisions, this needs to be easier to share.
Recommendations:
1. Export all recommendations to PDF (NOTE: Garry mentioned on a review response here that this was launching in September. I do not see how to export today.
2. This only accepts PNG of JPG/JPEG formats. PDF would be great to review documents.
3. Collaboration...today, you can invite team members. It would be nice to assign specific recommendations to team members and keep track of when updates are made.
4. I tried to review the FAQ in their online Help Center, but it currently takes me to a 404 website
Overall, I think this could be a solid tool once they work out a number of issues.

Thanks for your detailed review.
1. Multi-page analysis
I am unsure why the system only analyzed the first page of your document. I wouldn't have expected it to perfectly analyze it as a multi-page document yet, as this is something we haven't launched to production, but it should have at least analyzed everything that you uploaded.
Would you be able to share the asset id (this is the 4 digit number at the end of your URL) then we can look into what happened?
As mentioned the multipage document analysis is something we have been actively working on for sometime, but it's actually quite complex (this is why currently there isn't a single tool out there that can do this effectively - that we're aware of). We are very close, the final snags have just been blocked by other priorities.
2. Report download/ export
One of those priorities is the report export, for which v2 is now live. You can export recommendations for each section by clicking 'Download Report' near the top right hand corner of your analysis.
3. PDF upload
This is another feature that is imminent.
4. Collaboration
We agree that Creative Score's collaboration capabilites have a lot of room for improvement and we have a lot in our roadmap to that affect, but right now we are focusing on improving the analysis first.
5. Thanks for spotting this, we had a redirect issue on the Help Center that has now been rectified.
