Q: How sustainable is the LTD credit model and the quality of verified contact data?
I’m interested but need clarity on long-term sustainability. Tier 3 gives 800 monthly credits for life and extra credits cost $49/1,000 (<$0.05/contact), far below typical verified/enriched contact-data costs (creatordb)
Does 1 credit always equal 1 creator export with a verified email (and phone if available)? If no valid/verified email exists, is a credit still charged? What does “verified” mean: real-time validation, periodic re-checking, or only at ingestion? How often are emails, profiles and metrics refreshed?
Most importantly, what makes this pricing viable after the LTD ends?If LTD usage grows faster than recurring revenue, what ensures the DB remains actively updated, cleaned and reliable rather than stale?
Your page says every export includes a verified email and contacts are updated weekly; please clarify the actual process.

Oct 7, 2026A: Hey really fair questions. You clearly know this space, so here's the straight answer on each.
1 credit = 1 creator export. Every search has "must have email" turned on by default, so every creator you export comes with an email, plus a phone number when one is available. Searching, filtering, and previewing are free. You only spend a credit when you unlock a creator (aka export).
What "verified" means: Our validation checks that the address is currently attached to the right creator and can receive mail. No validation is perfect, so for big sends we still recommend running your list through your own verifier, like most teams do.
Freshness: We're not a static database that slowly goes stale. Creator profiles and metrics are refreshed within about 24 hours. When you search, you're getting recent data, and if another user pulled that creator recently, you get that copy, which is even fresher.
Why the pricing works after the LTD: Two reasons.
Because data is pulled fresh instead of stored and resold, our cost per export is a fraction of what traditional contact databases charge. $49 per 1,000 is a real margin for us, not a loss leader.
AppSumo isn't our main business. Creator Lookup runs on monthly subscriptions, and we also run influencer campaigns for name brands through our agency. LTD users are a meaningful group for us, but they're not what keeps the lights on.
Since the data is refreshed whenever it's searched, more usage keeps it fresher, not more stale.
Happy to go deeper on any of this if you want.
