Yes, you can design LinkedIn and Instagram Carousels in our design editor. Even we have used those carousels and posted them on our Instagram Page as well - https://www.instagram.com/creatosaurus/

Once you log in to our platform and then go to Muse app -> Instagram Post -> Scroll down in templates you will find the Instagram Carousel Post design templates which you can use for both Instagram and LinkedIn carousel.

Will bring a dedicated segment for the LinkedIn post in the templates, and have it in our templates section. Our design templates are updated daily. You will get new templates every day.
