Still can’t get my workspace sorted, and cannot get my social media coordinator into the shared workspace. I contacted support a few times. The most recent response was “let me check and with this and get back to you tomorrow.” Tomorrows not that bad of a response time, except tomorrows add up- I bought in may and it’s now august. I appreciate the interface and connecting my socials was easy. Customer support was responsive, but has yet to solve the issue. The product looks good- but for me it is unusable.
I have used a few other social media schedulers, and let me tell you Creatosaurus is in a supreme league of it's own at an incredible price. I love how easy it is to navigate everything, Create graphics, and schedule posts, there is a gigantic library of premade templates for everything from YouTube Tiles and Scripts, ad copy, Blogs, long form and short form content, Hashtag generator, Ad copy and way too many things to list here. I have the version where you can have team members to delegate taks to adn that is an ultimate plus for busy entrepreneurs. It literally is a no brainer when it comes to purchasing. Not only do you get an invaluable tool for social media content creation and scheduling, you also get Ai generated text that really help you take on many tasks within your businesses flow. The support team is also very spectacular, they even get on live meets to help you with any needs you may have literally walking you through your issues via screenshare. Do not sleep when it comes to getting this product. Creatosaurus is literally one of my best buys of the year thus far, and i am so grateful to have purchased this incredible find. I love all the pros. Very handly and useful. Something I don't see in other Social Media Marketing Tools
Pros: -Curate Quotes -Hash Tag Manager -Huge Library of Free Stock Assests
Cons: -Navigation: Multiple screens open up when I try to use different features -Muse: Brand kit not part of the App Sumo Lifetime Deal. -No suggested "optimal time" to schedule posts -Ability to categorize and tag posts and spread them out in an auto-posting schedule
When I try to create a Brand Kit, I receive an error message that "I have reached my limit for creating brandkits. Upgrade your account to create more."
This is a dealbreaker and limits the functionality and appeal of Muse... I'm hoping the developers would consider allowing access to 1 brand kit as part of the LTD. Because of this limitation, I have to go to either Canva or PicMonkey to create my graphics so they are on Brand. This defeats the purpose and appeal of Creatosaurus.

I guess you have already reached out to us on support and we have solved the brand kit problem, there was a technical problem, due to which the brand kit was not accessible. You can check it's already solved the day we had the conversation on support. Do check and let us know.
- Needs a search bar for templates (Muse) - Stop opening up new tabs every time I click on a new tool! - Some buggy UI (missing elements), reached out to support overnight, but 10+ hours later didn’t receive a response, maybe busy from sumo day (Says “We are here” sticker next to chat bubble) - Would be nice to have animations (like Canva) so we can create short gifs, animated powerpoints, or video - Muse Editor (canva clone) is slow when I tried to choose fill color of text - Nice healthy selection of fonts available - Less steps to add an account -> should be connect account+select account to add. Remove “Save” or have an auto-save. - “For creators” I feel like you should focus on a bit more like animations or short video clips because static graphics are not the most important in social media marketing these days. Do you have a video editor? Sorry, everything is too hard to find with the cute-sy names and all.
Not sure I need this since I have many other social media posting tools, but I'm sure they will improve UI and get all their ducks in a row!

The interface looks interesting, as a complete platform in 1 says, but honestly nothing that already exists with other tools, I bought tier 3 thinking that it would have a video editor but it doesn't, it's under development and without promise and it's not included in either ltd so for now it doesn't work for me, maybe at some point I'll buy it again if they improve their offer, it would really be a great boost if they make a difference with a video editor, they would sell even more and make a lot of difference, thanks!

After a quick dabble in it...
