Have emailed their support multiple times without any luck or help. Need to know that our lifetime deal will be protected.

Q: Why is my account access blocked?

Since you've merged with Vista, I can't log into my account. Reached out to your technical team multiple times, but they either don't respond or tell you the issue will be fixed and never get back.

Also, wondering why did you disable the "Submit a review" option on Appsumo?

Q: I understood from the description that the Pro assets (including VIDEO) were included in this deal.

When I try to use a video it sends me to a payment page and wants me to signup for a monthly plan. Please advise.
