Q: Cannot seem to log in to the Crello account due to Vista Create taking over.

Have emailed their support multiple times without any luck or help. Need to know that our lifetime deal will be protected.

I understood from the description that the Pro assets (including VIDEO) were included in this deal. When I try to use a video it sends me to a payment page and wants me to signup for a monthly plan. Please advise.
