Crello is a product by DepositPhotos, and the growth of it is one of their main priorities now!
For any product, if UI/UX is good, I'm SOLD. Because that's the last thing developers focus on, so!

The tool has improved a lot ever since I last checked it 7-8 months ago. If they evolve at this rate and challenge the status quo, they'll surely disrupt this space.
I have Stencil (my very first deal on AppSumo), DesignBold, Visme, and still, I bought Crello.
DesignBold - I really didn't like it. I dunno why. The tool is good though.
Visme - I use it for infographics and anything that involves data
Stencil - We use it all the time for quick blog graphics and YouTube thumbnails (frustrating though due to lack of features like locking)
Now, planning to make Crello my main graphic design workhorse.
Pros
๐ A well-established tool from DepositPhotos. This products gonna have a BRIGHT FUTURE as it's gonna be their main focus with the demand for stock photos slowing down
๐ Professionalism in templates is real!
๐ Comes with access to their premium images and video library. HUGE!
๐ It comes with video creation too, although not feature-rich. But I'm seeing it grow.
๐ Well refined drag and drop graphics builder - so refined - buttery smooth - and the handles feel magnetic.
๐ Animation support for objects and designs that are so attractive!
๐ Add custom fonts
๐ Add multiple users. You can create one team and add upto 3 users in it. What else you need?
๐ All the future updates - that I'm 100% sure a BIG PRO!
๐ Greatly refined top-rated Mobile app!
๐ Have really good "template-sets" for ebooks (potential Beacon replacement)
Cons
๐ The animations take some time to export depending upon your graphic
๐ Stock videos are quite limited and similar (wait, it isn't a video editor!)
๐ Can't really paste images in my clipboard (I'm so used to this!)
๐ No custom or brand color palettes. Big One.(Hint: Add brand color HEX codes to your text expander app)
It's a been a very long time, AppSumo witnessed this kind of deal!
Features I wish to see with Crello to disrupt the market
๐Support for PSD, AI, EPS, and SVG graphics. There are tools like PhotoPea (one-man product) that already does this.
๐ A Chrome extension may be a dumbed-down version of Crello - similar to Stencil extension (for quick graphics)
๐ Integration with Icons8, NounProject, etc. It would be great if you consider this as I didn't find some icons I used to find easily with Stencil. This is the main part why I love Stencil!
Verdict: A really refined tool from DepositPhotos that has a BRIGHT FUTURE. You'll see these kinds of deals once in a blue moon. Even if you are a pro-Adobe guy, get this as it saves you a lot of time for some graphic work.

As for the suggested features, adding more image and vector formats such as PSD, AI, EPS and SVG does sound like a great addition to the existing Crello formats - we will surely consider adding them.
