Q: Any chance of Tier 2 being revised?

I have been thinking of investing in License Tier 2 and potentially upgrading in the future if the number of workspaces, custom domain(s) and collections were higher. However, having 1 workspace for 40 tours and zero custom domains is really a deal breaker.

I was wondering whether you would have any plans of revising Tier 2 before the Plus Exclusive discount ends by the 20th March. Thanks in advance for your time on this matter.

A: Thanks for your thoughtful feedback — really appreciate you considering Tier 2 🙌

Tier 2 is designed to offer strong value, especially with 40 tours + dollhouse feature at $159, which is already quite competitive for what’s included.

Regarding your concern:

Tier 2 comes with a subdomain (included)

Custom domains are available starting Tier 3

The reason for this is that custom domains involve ongoing costs on our end (SSL, infrastructure, maintenance), which we continue to support long-term — so we’ve structured that into higher tiers.

At the moment, we don’t have plans to revise Tier 2 before the Plus Exclusive deadline. However, if custom domains and multiple workspaces are important for your use case, Tier 3 would be the best fit.

That said, you can always start with Tier 2 and upgrade later if needed 👍

Let me know if you’d like help choosing the right setup based on your use case!

Thank you for your prompt reply, Sunil. I understand, but I don't think I can invest in Tier 2 based on your response and the current restrictions. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot for sharing this — really appreciate the honest feedback 🙌

Good news: based on similar feedback from the community, we’ve just updated Tier 2 to make it more flexible and useful.

✅ Updated Tier 2 now includes:

3 Workspaces (instead of 1)
3 Custom Domains (new addition)

Let me know if this helps — happy to guide you further based on your use case 👍
