Q: Why Workspace limitation?
If I buy T4, I have 200 tours but only 5 workspaces. This is too limiting. and is there a resource/expenditure reason for limiting workspace creation? I'll prefer to have less number of tours but unlimited workspaces.

Mar 17, 2026A: Each workspace is designed as a separate environment, usually attached to its own subdomain or custom domain. Agencies typically use workspaces to manage different clients, teams, branding, and user roles separately.
Inside each workspace you can:
Invite users
Manage roles and permissions
Attach a custom domain or subdomain
Manage tours independently
Because each workspace has its own infrastructure and domain mapping, we do limit them per tier.
That said, if 5 workspaces feel limiting, feel free to let me know a reasonable number (for example 15–20 workspaces) and I can manually increase it for you after purchase. We just can’t offer unlimited workspaces, but we’re happy to be flexible within reason.
Also remember that all your tours (200 in T4) can be shared across all workspaces, and you can allocate or limit tours per workspace if needed.

Might want to add the change in workspaces to your copy. If not you lose sales w/o buyers knowing and to ensure what we actually are buying on the copy lets buyer and your business in transparency and clarity mode. We screenshot copy for reference later. I like tier 3 @ 10 workspaces. I’d buy on that.
