Q: Love Crikle, want to use full time, especially for time stamp recording of conversations.
Face to face conversation important.
Been using lightly for the last two months, worked great no issue until the the last two weeks or so (August 2021). Both meetings with issues common denominator were that client was not using computer camera but had external web cam. Is this a known issue? Easy fix?
Hi Startgrowthrive, Thank you very much for your warm words and your support :) Crikle should recognise external cameras easily, please let us know as soon as possible, via our chat bot directly on Crikle, if the problem occurs again, our support and engineering team will be right here to assist you. Call quality and ensuring you have the best experience on our platform is very important to us :)...
Q: Hi Andy
Once I have recorded a meeting audio or in the near future video.
1/ Can I download the recording to my hard drive.
2/ Can I then delete the recording completely from the Crikle server if I wish to. This is a important requirement for me to be able to do.
Thank you for reaching out and for your question. Yes it is possible at the moment to download your Crikle audio recordings on your desktop, our video recording feature hasn't been released yet, watch the space this feature is due to be released soon, I'll have more information then :) With regards to your second question Our audio recordings work on a first in first out (FIFO)...
Thanks for your reply, however it does not answer my number 2 question fully.
I already was aware of your FIFO principle, but I am asking if I can delete my recordings myself as I see fit.
If, not. When will Crikle be updated to allow for self deleting my own recorded video and audio files as and when I see fit. Can you give me a timescale on this function being implemented.
Hi John, thank you for reaching out and for your patience. We do not have any ETA just yet with regards to the ability to delete your own recordings sorry. Our engineering team will be at your disposal and will delete, at your request, any data that needs to be deleted. Our product and engineering team are currently studying different ways to implement this new feature. I hope this helps, thank...
Q: Good morning,
Apologies if this question has been asked...
is the level of security on this platform HIPAA compliant? In other words, is the platform secure enough to conduct therapy sessions? thank you
We are not currently HIPAA compliant as we're primarily targeted towards sales and content presentation, however if there is enough interest by health professionals this is an area we can consider.
You can add a Crikle link to your website, so guests can schedule a time for meeting from your website, instant call link is on our roadmap- and we will look to develop this in the near future.
Q: Hi, Is there a way to have the scheduler not allow meetings within 24hrs?

Hi there. I am a lawyer and would like something similar from the attorney-client perspective.
Q: Am I able to use a crikle URL and embed on my website so clients can just go to my site and click on the instant meeting from the site?
Thank you
