Q: Love Crikle, want to use full time, especially for time stamp recording of conversations.

Face to face conversation important.

Been using lightly for the last two months, worked great no issue until the the last two weeks or so (August 2021). Both meetings with issues common denominator were that client was not using computer camera but had external web cam.
Is this a known issue? Easy fix?
