First off, I must admit I'm not using Crikle the way it is intended as I am not "Selling" to a customer and don't want that to negative affect someone's views.
It's nice to see that this is a product that can be used today, as opposed to some deals where you're waiting for a promise or two to be completed in the roadmap before it can really be used.
Pros:
- What I like is the UI and the onboarding experience from the beginning, very straight forward and you can figure everything out in 5 minutes.
- The ability to allow your customers book a meeting is very handy, and nice that you don't need two tools to do this.
- The presentation feature is fantastic

Cons:
- It may just be me and my WiFi, but the quality of the video of the camera and screen share is not brilliant.

What I'd like to see:
- A private room for instant meetings, so that I don't have to keep sharing different links to join a meeting in the future (I did see this was on the roadmap)
- The ability to start a meeting before a customer is waiting, would just allow to make sure everything is perfect before you're live with your customer.
- The ability to embed your calendar on a website with some HTML - I went looking for this and couldn't see it, but it may be there.
- Integrations with Pabbly, Integrately and the like, seeing as there are so many CRMs, especially for smaller companies.

Overall feature rich and seems like there's only more to come! Congrats team
