Excellent if you do the same sales presentations over and over
If you are using presentations in your sales process - like if you hold a lot of sales meetings online where you present the same thing over and over again to new prospects, then this is great! You can reuse the same presentation over and over again.
If you have a team you can share the presentations within the team to make sure everyone have updated presentation material when changes occur for pricing etc.
On my first try I liked how easy it was to get started, but I was then put of a little because I ran into problems when using an iOS tablet. This was likely because I used Chrome which does not always play well with iOS.
On my second try I was using PC, iOS tablet and phone. On both iOS devices I got a prompt saying that it works better in Safari, when I tried to open the meeting in Chrome.
So I did as I was told, and did not experience the same problem as in my first try. This made me decide to upgrade to access team functionality!
I find Crikle to be really useful for holding professional looking sales presentations, but it could be used for other things as well - like onboarding or other type of education, since you can have up to 50 participants!
Finally some feedback to help Crikle get even better:
* When the "salesman" select to record the audio, and the client reject. The salesman have no 2nd chance to ask again - So if the client missclick, they would have to reinitiate the meeting to record it.
* I clicked to send the presentation to the client after the meeting. It ended up in the junk folder. So please, SMTP would be great so we can send from our own email and take on the responsibility for the reputation of the sending domain.
* As the main account owner, it would be good to be able to see the bookings of my team members. Also to see statistics on how many meetings they (and the client) actually participate in. To see if they are underbooked, missing meetings etc.

- Recording permissions, we're looking to review this ongoing
- Emails- we're looking at how we can do this better as well, and is on the roadmap
- Admin capability- we hear you! Its another area that is on our roadmap and we're looking at
