Q: At one page I read something about "Zurmo" which seems to be an open source crm with gamification.
Just to be sure: In which relation does CRM.me stand with Zurmo? What are the advantages of CRM.me over Zurmo? Could you elaborate on that?

Zurmo is our open source version released under the aGPLv3 license. Feel free to download it from bitbucket.org.
CRM.me is the commercial edition of Zurmo with additional features. So CRM.me includes all zurmo's functionalities plus commercial functionalities.
