Q: Hi Crm_me, I know perhaps it is bit late stage to ask these questions but still wanted to try.

I watched your webinar and wanted to know

1. I was thinking of using your lead capture forms on website, but is it possible to customize form to be embedded on right hand corner of website, I don't want to block my complete landing page.

It seems it is possible to do it using CSS, but do you provide some CSS code scripts which can accomplish this purpose for WordPress sites. Also can I integrate your CRM with current form plugin I am using to capture lead, primarily it is Monarch, I know it may be achieved via Zapier but I can't invest on Zapier every month. So trying to know if there is another way to use your CRM as container to store emails and contacts as captured through other lead forms.

2. Your forms don't have GDPR compliance neither do they have double optin, do you have a deadline to build these functionalities, in absence of double optin, how will I prove that user has given me consent for receiving emails.

3. Will it be possible to categorize leads across different domains, my business has few different domains and if I embed lead capture forms on each site, I want to know the source of lead and categorize them according to website. Is it possible to achieve this? Also can I give score to lead before transferring it to another person in my company or even for my own use, can I rank leads.

4. Do you plan to actively develop this product since it seems to have lot of bugs, also you company seems to be based in Hong Kong so how do you plan to market it outside LTD.

5. Will I be able to export collected leads to another marketing tool like SendFox? Do you provide CSV export option for leads?

6. In webinar you showed how to send email using SMTP server of gmail, but can I send bulk emails via free Gmail account. Also if I send emails via your tool, will they have unsubscribe button functionality. My hosting provider told me if someone complaints regarding spam my domain can be shut, although I don't send emails without getting permission but still is there a way in your tool to break email sends to small chunk of emails on per hour basis, my hosting doesn't allow mass emailing at once. Will you be able to track these emails and tell me which one was opened and read and which one was not? Is my only option to send emails is through my website domain or is there another approach.

7. If I can't use project management with external users, so is it only for allocated users in CRM.me, what is significance of this functionality.
