Setup is a mess
I've been in the hunting for a new CRM recently. I saw this and signed up for 5 codes. So upon creating an account it took about 30 minutes for me to get a url for access. Then, my first goal was to get email synced up but immediately was not able to move forward because the RedLotus team needed to enable something for me. So I tried submitting a ticket and the "Great Support" buttons on the website led nowhere. It took me forever to find one small hyperlink into support area. That had no documentation so I submitted a ticket. Still no response. THEN the next thing I want to do is setup SIP phone integrations and that is nowhere to be found in the platform. So I submitted another ticket. So I'm not sure exactly what's going on with this service but support is clunky, setup is clunky, and I am still hopeful to get it all setup.

I'm not sure that you're the client for who I've enabled Exchange sync 3 hours ago and responded to ticket. If yes please retry and you'll see that your CRM.me instance is ready to be synced.
We used to have SIP integration on our higher tier plans, this isn't available anymore.
We'll remove this from the site, sorry for the confusion!
