Q: Can I use a different form tool to submit the data and still have Crove generate the document?

I have a WordPress form tool already, but I would want to feed that data into the variables in Crove and generate their contract/agreement.
Ideally, the agreement would have the auto-pay acceptance which can then trigger getting payment from Stripe for a subscription product.
When they pay for the subscription, it would set up the auto-pay as well.

Could Crove be used as a tool in this workflow? Can my Stripe subscription products be offered as selections and then the contract terms change a little based on what they selected?

A: Hi Zack, yes Crove can be used in your workflow very easily. And you can bring in data from other form tool to Crove to generate documents.

We provide multiple integration options to connect Crove with other apps like Zapier, Pabbly connect, API, and Webhooks

Are you saying that to use my Stripe subscriptions and WordPress form tool, I have to go through Zapier? Or do you have a direct integration with Stripe for doing payments or subscriptions?
Likewise, can my WordPress form submit directly to your webhook or does it also go through a 3rd party first like Zapier?

I guess I'm curious if you can outline a little more how I would do what I need?
1) User fills out the agreement form and options on my website using my form (wsform or Fluentform etc).
2) They do not need to e-sign, but just agreement checkbox. The form data would go to Clove in a template based on their options (monthly payment, 3-month, 6-month and plan level etc).
3) The document would be generated with the terms and instructions for payment.

At this point the user would need to pay, but how would the Stripe connection happen? If my customer chooses "Pro" plan and monthly billing, the subscription needs to be started up in Stripe so the customer can be sent to pay and their card automatically charged.

I don't know if this is the right tool for making all this seamless!

Hi Zack, thank you for sharing more details about what kind of workflow you want to build :)

1. For stripe, we don't have any integration available, you can try our Zapier, Pabbly connect, Webhooks, or APIs for connecting Crove and Stripe

2. To connect with your wordpress form or any other form application you can send data to the Crove template webhook directly, it works seamlessly!
