Q: I redeemed 3 AS codes but do not have all the integration features and asking me to upgrade saying I have a free plan.

Kindly help check what is the problem.

I've been trying to get in touch with support and noted that the platform still has plenty of bugs that make it almost unusable for professional use. Has anybody had success in reaching support or do you know if Crove is still under active development? Last thing I heard, one year ago, is that they're working on a new version... but things have been quite since. I don't want to spend time (again) on an AppSumo deal that's another money grab and disappearing into the sunset. Better write-off and move on.
