I needed to be able to create templates, share the links, and have my reps, clients, and prospects fill them out, with pdf documents generated when complete.

I've been researching between several document solutions for about a week. Some LTD's and some subscription based platforms. I stumbled over Crove during Sumoday and was surprised that I had not heard of it.

I created a test account and started playing around with it. Crove seems very plain and simple when you first login. At first I had the impression that it did not have the features that I required.

I was wrong. Behind that simple UI, it is robust with feature and logical based behaviors. The workflow between creating documents and forms is seamless. The features set is very robust, and the shareable forms are beautiful and modern looking.

Just an overall great experience. I knocked out 5 document templates in about an hour, with some of the other similar tools it was excruciating trying to match the fields and get it looking professional. With Crove, it only took minutes.

Super fast and responsive support. The Roadmap looks good, with Webhooks, Pabbly, Integromat, and Integrately support in development.

They upgraded the plan to 1 code = 1000 documents which makes it the best value for this kind of software that I've seen.
