Updated review from 4 to 5 tacos because the two things holding me back were there but went right above my head.
I was using the document UI panel to drag variables in, thinking they would snap in-line after toggling the option. It was not apparent to me to use brackets to create variables and when typing. This method is superior, easy to use, and feels natural to just start your bracket and tab your variable. My further issue came from the document view variable editor which I thought would encompass all settings. However, the most complete editing settings were in the form view.
Now I can say typing up that document is a breeze and it works perfectly. I hope they work on the UI/UX and make it even better. Definitely this is an app worth having in your toolbox. Document generator with integrations and a built-in form. Limits are pretty good for most use cases. Works well and generates PDFs while the roadmap looks lovely.
