Crowd is a great app
I think it's a good app, just need to iron out the bugs. I bought Tier 1 and I can attest that the app is easy to use and well thought out. I like the ready-made templates for different uses, the ability to turn off the Crowd branding, change widget placement, and customize the colors to my brand.
I would accept a much lower price for a moderated connection - nowadays video connections are in every mobile and almost every chat app, so I don't understand why it's so expensive in Crowd. Sure, there's AI that transcribes calls, but as far as I know, the AI only transcribes videos that are in English. But my visitors only communicate in Czech and Slovak, so I'm not going to want Tier 3 just because there's a moderated video.
But what makes me very happy - because my subscribers don't speak English - it's very important for me that I can easily transcribe all items and texts into my language. I set up the first widget in about 5 minutes and I give you my word that working with Crowd is extremely easy and intuitive.
Admittedly, I also needed help and waited about 15 minutes before I heard back from someone. But then they attended to me until the problem was fixed.
Crowd is a great app and if you give it a try, I believe you will keep it.
