I then emailed support - 36-48 hours ago and no response.

What's up with the lack of response and the lack of clarity if you've used Crowdfire before - is this NOT available to any past customers?

I've been very put off by the lack of answers too. Ive messaged them on FB but no answers and posted a question on here which for some reason was never approved. To have such a large crowdfire customer base, the customer service aspect seems to be less than ideal.
