but wondering if you might consider adding a product Knowledge Base (even just as an option) ..............for our product , not yours :o)

Having searchable product documentation available on the same platform or page as a roadmap/feature request page can help avoid wasting time (both ends) on pointless requests/questions for things that are already available/explained.

We're excited to let you know that this feature is already on our roadmap! We are waiting for other users to give us feedback about it as well, we'll be checking the feedbacks submitted about this topic. In the meantime, our "Attach Files" section in the Feedback area can be a workaround for your use case.
