I bought the highest tier but can only use the free strategy on one bot now, down from two, which is disappointing. Support offered no solutions. There are very few crypto pairs available, and you must contact support to add pairs. For example, Bybit has only four pairs.
I have no experience in creating bots, and I bought this to use free bots. Now it has become completely useless.

I created a trading bot and explicitly set it to sell SHIB. However, today, this bot inexplicably sold my BTC instead! This has caused me significant losses and extreme frustration. Such a critical erroneous operation is completely unacceptable, especially concerning my primary assets. I immediately tried to contact customer service for assistance and a solution, but so far, I have received no response whatsoever. This leaves me deeply disappointed with the platform's reliability and customer service. I am utterly furious and strongly demand that the platform investigate this matter, provide a reasonable explanation, and offer compensation.

Wrote a few emails to admin@cryptohero.ai but no response for questions and wrong plan assigned to my account.

I bought this deal hoping it would be easy to use. I was surprised how simple it was to get started with paper trading. Funny thing is, now that I understand how to use the app, I want greater control. Not a problem, this app is more than happy to take the training wheels off and give you very fine control of how you want to trade your coins. I am very impressed.
