Terrible Trading Bot, Sold My BTC by Mistake! Customer Service Unresponsive!
I created a trading bot and explicitly set it to sell SHIB. However, today, this bot inexplicably sold my BTC instead! This has caused me significant losses and extreme frustration. Such a critical erroneous operation is completely unacceptable, especially concerning my primary assets. I immediately tried to contact customer service for assistance and a solution, but so far, I have received no response whatsoever. This leaves me deeply disappointed with the platform's reliability and customer service. I am utterly furious and strongly demand that the platform investigate this matter, provide a reasonable explanation, and offer compensation.

May 26, 2025Hi there Kevin, I consulted with our customer service team and we discovered that the bot was setup to trade BTC and not SHIB. Our log shows that the bot was saved with BTC as the coin to be traded on. In addition, we have replied to you via WhatsApp (which I believe you are using a totally different name). Our bots are working and trading for thousands of users. We hope you can continue to engage with our customer service team. to work through the issues faced.
