In audio, mean-opinion-score (MOS) is the golden standard for rating different algorithms/audio processing software. In our MOS test on Amazon Mechanical Turk, CrystalSound and Krisp is fairly equal, and we even have modestly higher score (margin of 0.1-0.2). However, MOS is an average of subject opinion so a rating of 3.6 vs 3.5 does not imply one is always better than another. In fact, there could be 40% of users prefers 3.5 MOS app over 3.6 app.

That's to say, IMHO, CrystalSound meets quality of Krisp in most cases and on most devices. However, we are a young team and doing audio processing on end-user devices is a complicated matter to say the least. So, I want to acknowledge that we have to work hard to meet Krisp stability.
