Q: Hi, I just bought and was setting up my first site and noticed several tools were locked.
It appears to be an annual fee. Is this a new change? It just surprised me. Thank you

May 14, 2024A: Hi as a premium users you should have all access to all extensions and themes. Can you please make sure you download and install the premium theme or extensions you need from My Accounts > https://cubewp.com/my-account/
