A: There are several effective methods to manage this process. I recommend the following approach for creating recurring meetings:

1) Sync your calendar (Google or Microsoft) with Cultup.
2) In Cultup, establish a dedicated workspace for all these recurring meetings.
3) Directly within this workspace, you can easily create meeting agendas and slideshows. Simply click on the relevant meeting in your Cultup calendar to get started.
4) For each recurring meeting, click on the event in the calendar to prepare for your next meeting. When the agenda window appears, select 'Apply previous meeting' to reuse the last meeting's agenda and slideshow, making any necessary adjustments. You also have the option to invite others to collaborate on the presentation if you wish.

This method ensures convenient access to previous tasks, meeting notes, slideshows, etc., as they are all organized in the workspace. Additionally, when you invite others to this workspace, they will also be able to view all this information.

Does this approach meet your needs?

So, start with creating the recurring meeting in your calendar and then make use of this in Cultup.

Thank you first of all for your answer.

This is all very unintuitive. Why not just right click on a date and be able to Choose "Recurring Meeting" instead of just "Meeting"? This is a very basic calender function which should definitly be avaiable.

I do not want to have to sync other calenders, i just want to use the internal calender.

Thanks for you feedback and thoughts!
One of our developers should have contacted you now to help you in the best way possible with this.
One thing with recurring meetings, as they function in most calendars today, is that you normally write an agenda for the first meeting in that recurring sequence. And after some time has passed and the meeting serie has evolved, that agenda is not suitable for that meeting any longer. And it becomes an hasard to make it clear for everyone in the meeting to know what the agenda is for todays meeting, as it differs a lot from the first one that the agenda was made for.
Cultup tries to nudge the user into ways that science and best practices says makes meetings great.
And we love to get feedback and continuously improve things. Hence we suggest a continued dialog with our developer on this.
Thanks a lot for your support!
