A: Hi Angus05,
Thanks for your great question!
Fellow is a good competitor to Cultup.
A complete comparison can be long and I do here list some things that often differentiate the tools. (This can of course change a little month by month as both tools develop a lot.)
I divide the points into privacy, functions and ease of use.

Privacy:
Cultup does not save data over time that it receives from users in connection with the synchronization with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. The information needed is only used during the session when creating a meeting in Cultup. And it is very easy for the user to remove the link they have created with their calendar and it is also easy to switch between calendars. The focus on privacy has made Cultup popular among industries where data safety is of high importance.

Features:
* Cultup not only contains functions for creating and sending out agendas for meetings, managing notes and documenting decisions and tasks.
Cultup is also a complete presentation tool! A presentation is created based on your agenda and this presentation can then be edited and worked on together with other colleagues if desired. This part of Cultup is much more similar to tools like Mentimeter, than what it is similar to Fellow. It is also in these presentations that the meeting organizer can present input from the meeting participants live from their QnAs, word clouds, etc that is visible in the presentation itself.
* Soon more AI: Within a few weeks, Cultup's AI functionality for creating agendas will be released. We are very excited about this one since it looks very promising in it’s testing stage.

Ease of use:
* We place a great emphasis on ease of use. At Cultup, we find it intuitive and easy to group meetings into workspaces and to find everything meeting-related to each group that way. Then, of course, it is possible to move data between groups if necessary. This is also privacy related, since it becomes very intuitive and simple to understand who can see what. Each user can only see the info from the workspaces that they are included in. This way of grouping info feels somewhat similar to how the tool Slack handles what the call Channels. And all tasks that a person receives from different groups are also collected in that person's private workspace. So the user gets all tasks related to herself in one place.

One more function to notice in Cultup is the different ways you can measure your meeting quality. Especially the way you can measure perceived behaviors in your meetings is quite unique. And the meeting molder can easily connect these behaviours to the desired values that is desired in each meeting. This is made possible using Cultup Cultural Insights® (CCI), which is a research model that categorizes human values and behaviors into eight archetypes, facilitating their application in meeting and organizational contexts. This approach simplifies the discussion of desired behaviors during meetings, fostering open dialogue and enabling the measurement and enhancement of these behaviors.

Thanks for the detailed response. Great customer feedback. Sounds like an excellent fit for my team and is just what they are looking for. I’ll be making a full stack purchase before the end of the year and will then leave a detailed review. Thanks again.

Great to hear Angus05!
We look forward to continue to keep in touch.
