Overall, this product has potential, but I’m requesting a refund because of a few issues:

- The “unlimited access” claim applies to the legacy platform, which appears to be deprecated; on the newer platform (even at the top tier) we’re limited to 20 requests per month.
- X's does not work on the legacy platform. I reported this and did not receive a response.
- The sentiment and competitor data seem irrelevant or incomplete, since they’re sourced only from Reddit.
