Q: Do the filter results only apply to companies and businesses in the USA?

Before purchasing, I have a few questions:
1. Is CustomerFinder.ai similar to Reoon Lead Scraper (Yellow Pages)?
2. Is the number of leads recurring, meaning does it reset to 500 monthly? It wasn't clear because it states (one-time purchase) in the brackets.
3. Do the filter results only apply to companies and businesses in the USA? This is very important to me, as I am also dealing with Germany for business, and someone wrote in the review in German that the app doesn't work.
