your Drip icon does not appear. in these past weeks while being live on Appsumo, at least could have fixed that. if that could not be done, where is gurantee you will improve website, product, user interface?

A: Hi,

We tried to debug this but no much response from Drift. We find it quite strange, so not sure where to start debugging. To deal with this, we do have this support system - yourwingman.customerlabs.co where you can create support tickets. It was fixed the day we had an issue with another customer. Hope that helps.

With guarantees with UX, Product I'm not sure how would you want us to do that. Suggest a way, happy to look into it.

Do you have any ad blockers installed? Looks like it's causing issues with Drift support chat thingy..
