Q: Unfortunately, the help chat icon that would allow me to ask questions to the support team has vanished!

I bought this. But I was really hoping to get occasional support while still within the refund window. Is anyone else having a problem using their support chat window? If not, can someone please tell me how to reactivate support chat?

Everyone, it's the ad blocker who was messing with your support chat, please uninstall the ad blocker.

Never mind. It is working. I was using an ad blocker.
