Unfortunately, the help chat icon that would allow me to ask questions to the support team has vanished! I bought this. But I was really hoping to get occasional support while still within the refund window. Is anyone else having a problem using their support chat window? If not, can someone please tell me how to reactivate support chat?

Never mind.  It is working.  I was using an ad blocker.
